Hatha Yoga is slow, deliberate movement

to an asana or position,

that's then held along with deep breathing.

The emphasis is on alignment and focus.

Class is 90 minutes featuring

Pranayama, it's the Sanskrit word for Breath work, it's calming

Asana, it's Sanskrit for gentle stretching pose, builds strength and flexibility

Final Relaxation With Mantra, chanting in Sanskrit,

go ahead, you earned it!
